92% of the electricity supplied to our student accommodation portfolio is supported by generation from Large Scale Hydro electricity schemes. These schemes use the natural flow of water through dams to create electricity, significantly reducing our Carbon Footprint.

We continue to strive for 100% green supply as soon as we can make the appropriate arrangements.
