Liberty Living reports record year for London portfolio

Liberty Living, the UK's leading provider of student accommodation, today announced that the academic year 2011-12 has broken all previous records for bookings across its five London residences.
The four Central London residences in Clerkenwell had completely sold out in July and the South London student residence Liberty Fields recorded its best ever year selling out in July also. Both residences have extensive waiting lists and continue to enjoy further enquiries.
London bookings represent 44 different nationalities, demonstrating the appeal of Liberty Living's high-quality student housing to international students and overseas institutions as well as reflecting on Liberty Living's experience in delivering a top quality service to both.
The accommodation is further complemented by our online booking facility which allows students to select and book accommodation from anywhere in the world on a 24/7 basis. Our nomination portal designed exclusively for our University partners, allows Universities to make seamless online offers for Liberty Living's accommodation. The combination of both of these innovations means that students can make informed choices much earlier in the process and can book their accommodation instantly, removing the need to search the capital for private accommodation.
