LibertyLiving are proud to offer you all-inclusive rents with 'No Hidden Costs'. What you are quoted for your rent is what you will pay – Quoted Rent x Weeks = Total rent payable!

All of our rents are inclusive of utility charges and contents insurance costs meaning that our tenants simply move in and everything works as it should.

NOTE: Some of our residences include internet services in the rent, but some do not. This is dependent upon historic provision arrangements in our accommodation portfolio. Please refer to our residence specific pages for information on internet charges.

Common areas are cleaned by us, but we expect you to look after your own rooms and flat. Of course we promise in accordance with the ANUK Code of Standards to provide full maintenance service should anything fail for whatever reason.

Our statement is simple - we aim to supply you with a service that provides greater value for money, but more importantly, total peace of mind.

LibertyLiving was the first student accommodation provider to make its rents all-inclusive and apply our now famous 'No Hidden Costs' slogan.

By the way, LibertyLiving sources its electricity from an entirely Green Energy supply that it is produced by Hydro Generation (please see the 'Green Living' page on our website).

LibertyLiving has taken the decision not to pass on the additional cost of the supply of Green Energy to its customers, but make a commitment ourselves in the most tangible way to do our bit for the environment. All we ask from you is that you work with us to reduce the energy consumption at our residences in the old fashioned way - by turning off the lights when you leave your room or turning down the heating when away for the weekend!
