UWIC have reserved rooms at Allensbank House, Cardiff for 1st year students studying on a full-time programme for the academic year 2010-11. Residents of Liberty Living at Allensbank House will reside in the property under Liberty Living's Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST). The management and maintenance of this property will remain with Liberty Living with support from the University.
