Academic Year 2009-10 - Direct Bookings

There is still limited availability at Allensbank House, Cardiff for the academic year 2009-10. These rooms can only be booked by contacting the residence team directly, contact details can be found above or on our 'Contact' page.

Academic Year 2010-11 - Direct Bookings

Under the terms of our lease we are not able to contract rooms for 2010-11 until 1st April 2010 however, if you contact the Residence directly (02920 616295) you can complete an application form and your name will be then be placed upon our priority room allocation list ensuring that all applications are managed in date order.

Academic Year 2010-11 - Cardiff University Agreement

Liberty Living at Allensbank House has arrangements with Cardiff University to accommodate students studying on full-time programmes for 2010-11.

Cardiff University students will reside in the property under Liberty Living's Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST). The management and maintenance of this property will remain with Liberty Living with support from the University.

Students attending Cardiff University should apply direct to Cardiff University Accommodation Office.
