Liberty Living at Cambrian Point and the University of Glamorgan have arrangements to accommodate 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students studying on a full-time programme for 2010-11.
Residents of Liberty Living at Cambrian Point will reside in the property under LibertyLiving's Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST). The management and maintenance of this property will remain with LibertyLiving with support from the University.
