Liberty Living at Severn Point and the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (RWCMD) have arrangements to accommodate 1st year students studying on a full-time programme for 2010-11.

Residents of Liberty Living at Severn Point will reside in the property under Liberty Living's Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST). The management and maintenance of this property will remain with Liberty Living with support from the College.
