Liberty Living at Tŷ Pont Haearn has arrangements with the University of Glamorgan and the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff (UWIC) to accommodate 1st year students studying on a full-time programme for 2010-11.
Residents of Liberty Living at Tŷ Pont Haearn will be residing in the property under Liberty Living’s Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST). The management and maintenance of this property will remain with Liberty Living with support from the University.
