Residence Information
Liberty House (St John Street), formerly known as Studius, is our second development in the London area. The residence is furnished to a very high specification and provides students with excellent quality, city centre accommodation in a highly secure and comfortable environment.
The residence
Liberty House is in close proximity to the city's higher educational establishments including City University, London Metropolitan University and London South Bank University. Located on St John Street just off Goswell Road, the residence is situated in the heart of the cosmopolitan area of Clerkenwell and round the corner from the trendy area of Islington. Liberty House is within easy reach of all local amenities and transport links, including Angel, Barbican and Old Street tube stations. Liberty House's close proximity to the city centre allows residents to participate fully in the city's diverse culture and exciting social scene.
Bedroom facilities
Liberty House offers 155 studio apartments (10 of which are twin bedroom apartments); all apartments are fully fitted to a high standard and include an en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin plus separate telephone and data points for high-speed Internet access. All apartments include a fully fitted kitchen and spacious living/study area.
The residence provides 8 purpose-built rooms designed for residents with disabilities.
On-site facilities
Liberty House is fully staffed with an on-site management and maintenance team. We provide 24-hour security for our residents including a comprehensive CCTV system monitoring the site, electronic entry systems to get in and out of the residence plus a manned reception area 24-hours a day for maximum security. The residence also provides a spacious communal living area with digital TV, Internet access and pool table, a fully equipped gymnasium plus on-site laundry facilities.
