Liberty Quays provides students with excellent quality, campus accommodation in a highly secure and comfortable environment.

Our brand new accommodation at Liberty Quays, Medway becomes available in September 2009.

The residence
Liberty Quays is a brand new purpose-built residence located just 5 minutes walk from the Medway Campus giving residents full access to the Universities at Medway facilities. The residence is within easy reach of all local amenities and transport links, including both Gillingham and Chatham railway stations. Liberty Quays' close proximity to the town centre and Medway Campus allows residents to participate fully in the exciting student scene both on and off campus. 

Bedroom facilities
Liberty Quays offers 545 en-suite single study bedrooms plus 59 studio apartments. All rooms/apartments are fully fitted to a high standard and include an en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin plus a data point for high-speed Internet access. All study bedrooms share a fully fitted kitchen and living area - studio apartments are self-contained.

The accommodation will be arranged in apartments of between 4 and 9 bedrooms and will include purpose-built rooms designed for residents with disabilities.

On-site facilities
Liberty Quays is fully staffed with an on-site management and maintenance team. We provide 24-hour security for our residents including a comprehensive CCTV system monitoring the site, electronic entry systems for access to and from the residence plus a manned reception area 24-hours a day for maximum security. The residence also provides a spacious communal living area and on-site laundry facility.
