The residence
Liberty Court is in close proximity to the city's higher educational establishments including Newcastle College and Newcastle University. Located on Elswick road, Liberty Court is within easy reach of all local amenities and transport links, including Newcastle Central railway station. Local buses stop directly opposite Liberty Court. Liberty Court's close proximity to the town centre allows residents to participate fully in the city's diverse culture and exciting social scene.
Bedroom facilities
Liberty Court offers 29 standard and 43 standard plus bedrooms; all rooms are fully furnished and include a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside cabinet. All study bedrooms share a shower, toilet and washbasin plus a fitted kitchen and living area. Standard plus rooms come equipped with a separate washbasin.
The accommodation is arranged in 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 bed flats.
On-site facilities
Liberty Court is fully staffed with an on-site management and maintenance team. For additional security, a CCTV system monitors the site. The residence also provides an on-site laundry facility and a limited number of car parking spaces at an additional cost (available on a first come first served basis).
