Facilities of our Student Accommodation

Rosemount Halls offers 98 en-suite rooms, 48 standard rooms and 1 studio apartment. All rooms/ student houses are fully fitted and include data points for high speed internet access. Standard rooms share showers, toilets and washbasins and all flats share fully fitted kitchen and living area - studio apartments are self-contained.

The student accommodation is arranged in either 3 or 7 bed clusters.

On-site facilities
Rosemount Halls provides a maintenance service, CCTV coverage for additional site security, on-site laundry facilities, and off-road parking spaces (of limited availability and at an additional cost).
