Liberty Living at Quay Point, Newcastle and Northumbria University have exclusive arrangements to accommodate 1st, later years or international students studying on a full-time programme for 2012-13.

All residents of Liberty Living at Quay Point will be Northumbria University's students residing in the property under Liberty Living's Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (AST). The management and maintenance of this property will remain with Liberty Living with support from a University Housing Officer.

Northumbria University does ask that you make six accommodation choice options so please ensure that you make Liberty Living at Quay Point your first choice for accommodation.

Offers of accommodation will not start to be processed until June 2012 or until mid August if you are waiting for 'A' Level results.
