We have a strong track record of consistently delivering the highest levels of service and satisfaction. As a result, the majority of our bookings come from existing relationships. Our well-balanced portfolio is focused on serving the UK's prime educational institutions where there is the greatest demand for high-quality student accommodation and facilities.

We have a deep understanding of our students’ needs and support them every step of the way – through selecting, booking and staying in their Liberty Living residence. Great service positions us as a preferred choice for students, parents and educational institutions.
Our high level of service is enabled by our bespoke operating platform and our highly-skilled staff.
- Our online booking service and professional lettings team make booking accommodation across any of our residences quick and easy, and allows us to capture more student demand.
- We provide round the clock maintenance and support across our residences – whether it’s fixing a leak or replacing lost keys, our dedicated staff are there to help.
- We provide students and parents with certainty of cost, so they face no hidden charges or surprises.
- All our staff receive the highest standard of training in pastoral care and mental health first aid – they also offer advice on money matters, academic support and student well-being.
Building relationships with educational institutions
We know how important it is for educational institutions and other academic institutions to partner with a trusted accommodation provider, leaving them to focus on delivering world-leading education.
We work hand in hand with each educational institution to develop partnering arrangements that meet their bespoke requirements. We provide the accommodation and facilities they need. In return, they market our accommodation directly to students. Over 50% of our rooms are now let through partnering arrangements with educational institutions.
Our operational track record and the trust we have earned makes us a partner of choice to over 40 educational institutions across the UK.
The right accommodation
Having the right accommodation, at scale
Our portfolio is focused on serving the UK’s top educational institutions where there is the greatest demand for high-quality student accommodation and facilities. We focus on cities with at least two educational institutions and our residences are based where students want to live-near educational institutions or in city centres.
In line with trends in student living, our portfolio mainly comprises en-suite ‘cluster’ flats with shared kitchens and social spaces. Most of our residences have over 400 beds, giving us the scale we need to manage our assets effectively and efficiently. We constantly review and refine our portfolio mix so as to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Our strategy is to build further scale through organic growth and selective acquisitions. Our portfolio has increased by over 41% since March 2015.
We ensure all residences in our portfolio meet our high standards through an effective refurbishment model. We have refurbished more than 10,000 rooms across 24 buildings.
