What is it?

Liberty Living is hosting the ultimate wellbeing event for students and young professionals.

Hosted from 6-9.30pm on Tuesday 15th October, the evening will include:

  • Cooking class with a professional nutritionist
    Learn how to maintain a healthy diet around a busy schedule from our expert nutritionist
  • Lessons in mindfulness and positive thinking
    Discover how to keep a positive mindset throughout student life, work life, and your personal life
  • Fitness for the mind
    Join specialist instructors for a stress-melting yoga session

All workshops are optional to attend, and refreshments will be served.


Why should I attend?

The pressure of work and studies can take their toll.

We want to provide an evening of relaxation that promotes better wellbeing and helps you take on even the most testing days in the library or office.
