Liberty Living is recognised in three categories at the 2014 National Student Housing Survey (NSHS) awards


Liberty Living’s student accommodation has been recognised for outstanding customer service in three separate categories at the 2014 National Student Housing Survey (NSHS) awards. The annual survey was completed by over 19,000 students from 130 different nationalities studying at over 200 UK Universities and Colleges.

Liberty Works in Sheffield was shortlisted in the Best Individual Accommodation award, beating hundreds of other independent student residencies.

Liberty Living was shortlisted for the Best Private Halls Provider award for the 4th time in 5 years, having won this category in 2010.

For the third year running, Liberty Living also won a coveted International Accommodation Quality Mark which has been awarded to only 11 University halls and independent hall providers in recognition of consistently high customer satisfaction scores from the international students participating in the 2014 annual survey.

In accepting these nominations, Charles Marshall, Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Living said: “Liberty Living aspires to provide a quality living experience in every city that we operate in. Students in Liverpool voted Liberty Prospect Point ‘Best Halls in Liverpool’ and UCLAN students voted Liberty Court in Preston ‘Best Halls of Residence of the Year’. Now Liberty Works in Sheffield has been recognised by the UK’s largest National Student Housing Survey.

They are passionate about what they do and the customer service they provide; they do an outstanding job every day. The residence team have worked really hard and I’m delighted that they have received national recognition for all of their hard work and commitment.”
