Liberty Living wins National Student Housing Survey awards for third year running

Student accommodation provider Liberty Living has received the Best Customer Service award in the National Student Housing Survey (NSHS) 2012 Accommodation Awards. This marks the third year in a row that Liberty Living has received one of these prestigious awards, having been voted Best Private Halls Provider in 2010 and Best Moving-in Experience in 2011. Liberty Living was also shortlisted for the Best Private Halls Provider in 2011 and 2012.

Further, Liberty Living has been awarded the International Accommodation Quality Mark, a measure of receiving an absolute level (90%) of satisfaction by international students in their accommodation – only given this year to a total of five providers (both universities and private) of student accommodation.

NSHS is an annual survey of students in higher education across the UK. The survey measures satisfaction levels in all types of accommodation and allows participating institutions to measure their performance against national and regional benchmarks. The 2012 survey attracted nearly 19,000 responses from more than 120 universities and colleges across the UK.
